- Unix like operating system, such as Ubuntu version 10.04
- GNU autotools (autoconf, automake, libtool) for generating configure and makefiles
- g++ compiler
- Xerces libraries
- Geographic libraries
Hardware Requirements
Computational resources are critical for the good performance of the platform. The time required to carry out one simulation depends directly on the computational resources and the complexity of the scenario to be simulated. Moreover, the availability of hard drive free space will limit the size of the result logs.
An example of the equipment that we are using nowadays is a server with 4 cores, 2 processors, 4GB RAM, and a hard drive of 72GB.
